Registration is required for direct access to the forecasts.  A registration UserID is intended for use by a single individual, not by multiple individuals or a club.  Please note that multiple registration is not required - if you have already registered yet have reached this this page, as might occur when using a new computer or browser, that means the registration system has not found a DrJack Registration cookie in your browser - you should use the "Get new cookie (Login)" link on the left-sidebar to access the registration/subscription pages.
